We touch on a bit of neuroscience to gain a basic understanding of brain function when it comes to learning and upgrading our belief systems and behavioral patterns.

WEEK 3: Loving yourself through this process

It's easy to get frustrated when braking out of old patterns, in this week we focus on how important self-love/self-care is during this process.

WEEK 4: Emotions and how to use them effectively

WEEK 5: Basic principles of the Law of Attraction
